I am 177 Ibs my waist is 31 inches and the small fits great! All in all, I am very pleased with this earbud set, and have no issues recommending it. I would return these if I didnt have to scrap the padding off my cabinets to put them back in the package. original griffeys Clear calls and well with Music obviously you wont get the heavy base but these are perfect to help you hear everything around you. Not convenient.
