The MK4 does not have a db pad or bass roll off filter but Sennheisers specs say it will tolerate 140 db and I can EQ at the board or in the DAW. The stock earpads were ok, but my ears are sensitive so im constantly having to adjust them. ao1741 107 However, I just got it and had it in the case with tons of patience and the help of a lighted magnifying glass.
