So disappointed, as I cant even return them. Note- the headphones come with a slip saying go to with Amazon or their website and leave a review and pick from a small list of items and get them free. mint 11s Stands out, it’s beautiful! Mine have already improved but the straps are pretty tough, especially with the first few wears. However, the casing is a lower quality and wore out so the inner cable broke after about one year of use. mint 11s The headset itself is fantastic. Marked it 4 stars for durability because its plastic, 2 stars for assembly because I could not stack them and 5 stars because it is simple to stack without my favorite wine in the one holder.
