If I was to improve these I would change the attachment mechanism to the vehicle crossbars to a clamp system similar to the Yakima Jaylows, but that would probably increase the price. I had previously owned a cozyphone wired sleep headband and while they were similar in sound quality and comfort, the band would always fall off my head and didn’t block much light. retro 4 shirts I didnt find very good pics of the decline capability, so took some of my own and attached them.
