Sound wise, I think they are nicely balanced all the way through the spectrum, and dont seem to exhibit the rumoured so-called "Sennheiser Veil" (which is another way of saying muted highs). My previous Slap 3s from years ago is a size 7, so recently I initially ordered a new pair in size 7. spb293j This is the perfect Christmas gift.
