It didnt come with drywall anchors, only the screws and hole covers, so I used two heavy duty anchors and screws we had around the house. They then apparently lost the previous messages we had and asked me to copy the email and send it back to them. sla039j The belt material gets stuck in the lower portion of the buckle where it opens and closes and is ripping the belt causing it to frey.
