For the top two holes use a 1/2 drill and drill from the back, for the bottom holes use a 1/8 drill for the pilot hole. However as supple & soft as the “foam” case is it tends to snag on clothing or anything you may brush against & pulls. frock with shirt I would like to see how the story ends, but prefer not to encourage authors over-charging for their works.
