I think a lot of the other reviews cover the good points, but some of my notes:- Arrived extremely well packaged - great job to Fitness Reality- Have a 17mm socket wrench and hand wrench because the ones provided in the kit are terrible- I live on the east coast of Canada it took a month to receive it from order date - it ships from California and spent 8 days at the border!
