I finally felt well enough to open the box and low and behold this is what I found;-There were no instructions included in the box-a piece of plastic was broken on the product (one of the adjusting screws) which made it hard to adjust for bike-I cant seem to get the tension to increase in order to make it actually as though Im working out.
